The room was spacious with multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and a writing table, and the comfortable beds added to the experience, while the hotel's location close to the town center and Marktplatz was convenient.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and provided us with a good breakfast. The location was great, next to Eisenach's shopping area. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Buechner, nestled 2 km of the hotel...

Overall had really unforgettable stay for holidays. We booked beautifully decorated double room with a view and could use wake-up service, available in it. The staff was really helpful, extraordinary service-minded, and everything was very good.

I was really impressed with the classic triple room overlooking a beautiful view. the location was amazing, it’s pretty close to the narrowest house 🏠 around here.

Parking facilitites were grossly inadequate. We had to park on a street 2 blocks away.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The breakfast room was nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful.

No air conditioning and when we opened the windows we heard a lot of noise from the street below.

The staff here is very friendly and the building has a lot of charm with its historical roots. the location is ideal for exploring the area, and there's a nice cafe nearby for a hot drink if needed.

The location was an easy walk from the Railway Station adjacent to the old City Gate and with good access to local facilities. Rooms were comfortable but small - a cosequence of remodelling an older building. The staff were very obliging & attentive. The Restaurant was a gourmet delight though not open every night.

Although there was a lift to all floors, the entry from the Street was a steep bank of ten stairs which were hard to manage with large luggage.The staff were ready to help, if needed.
